Rental Optimization Case Study – Studio Apartment
Result: Rent increased from 400 € → 600 €
This small studio apartment was redesigned with the goal of increasing its rental value while keeping renovation costs minimal.
Instead of replacing everything, the project focused on optimizing the layout, reusing existing furniture and introducing simple design upgrades that improved both functionality and visual appeal.
The result is a highly efficient small space that attracts tenants and supports a significantly higher rental price.

WHAT PEOPLE SAY

Mat Kara
The apartment was in very poor condition and we expected the renovation to take at least a month. Monika completely transformed the space in just five days while staying within the planned budget.
The studio quickly found a long-term tenant, and we are extremely happy with the result.

Axel Esor
Working with Monika was a wonderful experience. She is creative, attentive, and truly listens to her clients. She quickly understood our needs and lifestyle and created a design that was both beautiful and practical. We always felt that she genuinely cared about making us happy with the result.

Rental Bedroom Interior Concept – Belgium
Location: Belgium
Type: Rental apartment · Bedroom
This project was developed for a young couple living in a rental apartment in Belgium.
The bedroom remained unfinished due to an existing tiled floor that could not be modified.
The goal was to improve the atmosphere of the space while respecting rental limitations and preserving selected existing elements.
Two design strategies were developed.
The first focuses on softness and visual continuity, while the second introduces stronger contrast and definition, offering two interpretations of the same space.
The project demonstrates how thoughtful interior design can transform the perception of a space even without structural changes.
