How long does it take to create an interior design project?

Every interior is unique, and the timeline naturally reflects the scope and complexity of the project. In general, a complete interior design for an apartment or a house is delivered within approximately 4 to 8 weeks.

What does the design process look like?

Initial consultation & briefing: 1 – 7 days. We discuss your vision, the space itself, and possible design approaches. This phase sets the foundation for the entire project.

Concept design: 1 – 3 weeks. I define the overall style direction, layout solutions, and prepare the first visual concepts.

Detailed design & 3D visualizations: 2 – 4 weeks. Materials, colors, and specific furniture pieces are carefully selected and refined to ensure a harmonious and cohesive result.

Technical documentation (if included): 1 – 3 weeks. I prepare detailed drawings and documentation to support a smooth and efficient implementation.

For larger or more complex projects, the full process may take up to three months. Throughout every stage, I focus on clarity, thoughtful detail, and a seamless, pleasant experience for you.

What do I need from you?

All I need to begin is a floor plan, a few photos of the space, and an idea of what you would like to change or achieve.
If you have any inspirations, favorite colors, or a style you’re drawn to, feel free to share them — they help me shape a design that truly reflects you.
Your budget is equally important, as it allows the design to remain both realistic and well-balanced.

What does the design process look like?

We begin with an initial consultation, where we explore your needs, style, and expectations. This is followed by measuring and analyzing the space.
I then prepare two to three design concepts, from which you choose the direction that resonates with you most.

Once the direction is set, we refine the details, develop 3D visualizations, and, after approval, prepare all necessary documentation.
The entire process is clear, structured, and guided step by step.

How are revisions handled during the design process?

After the initial consultation and definition of your vision, I create two to three design variations, allowing you to select the option that suits you best.
We then fine-tune details such as colors, materials, and individual furnishings to ensure the final design fully reflects your expectations.

Major changes after the concept has been selected are usually not necessary — my goal is to arrive at a final solution as efficiently as possible, while always respecting your needs and priorities.

What if I would like additional visualizations?

The basic design package includes all the visualizations needed to clearly imagine your future interior.
If you would like additional views, alternative layout options, or more detailed 3D visualizations, I am happy to prepare them for you.

Additional visualizations are not included in the standard package, but can be added based on your specific needs and the current price list.
My goal is for you to feel completely confident in the design and to see the space in as much detail as you need.

What is included in the design fee?

The design fee covers a complete interior concept, with the scope depending on the package you choose.
Typically, this includes:

  • an initial consultation,

  • layout and space planning,

  • 2–3 design concept options,

  • 3D visualizations of the selected concept,

  • material and color specifications,

  • minor adjustments following concept approval.

Implementation drawings, additional visualizations, or coordination with contractors can be provided as additional services, by mutual agreement.

Do you work with existing furniture?

Yes. If you have pieces you would like to keep, I will thoughtfully incorporate them into the design.
In some cases, I may suggest subtle adjustments, reupholstering, or a new placement to ensure the space feels balanced and harmonious.

Can I implement the design myself?

Absolutely.
Each design is created so it can be implemented either independently or with contractors of your choice.
If you need guidance during the implementation phase, additional consultation services can be arranged.

Do you also provide supervision during implementation?

Yes, by agreement I can also provide design supervision.
This includes ensuring the execution aligns with the approved design, recommending trusted contractors, and assisting with the selection of materials or technical solutions.

This service is not automatically included in the design fee and is provided as an additional option.

Can the design be adapted to a specific budget?

Absolutely.
From the very beginning, your budget is an integral part of the design process. I propose solutions that are both aesthetically refined and financially realistic.
Where appropriate, I can offer multiple budget levels or a thoughtful mix of accessible and premium elements.

How long does the implementation of an interior take?

The timeline depends on the scope of the project.
Smaller changes or furnishing a single room may take a few days to several weeks, while a full renovation or complete interior fit-out can take several months.

At the design stage, I always provide an indicative timeline to ensure clear and realistic expectations.

Do you work remotely?

Yes, I also work remotely.
All I need are floor plans and photos of the space, and we can communicate via video calls, email, and shared documents.

This is a convenient solution for clients outside the region or based abroad.

How does communication work during the design process?

We stay in regular contact throughout the entire process.
Communication takes place via email, video calls, and, where appropriate, in-person meetings.

Each phase of the design is clearly presented, and you always have space to share feedback and take part in shaping the direction of the project.

Will I receive a list of furniture and materials?

Yes.
As part of the design, you will receive a clear and well-structured list of recommended furniture, materials, and accessories.
This also includes supplier references, allowing you to order everything easily and with confidence.

Can you also arrange price quotations from suppliers?

Yes, by agreement I can recommend trusted suppliers or assist with obtaining price quotations.
This optional service can save you time and help streamline the implementation process.
