5. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and refunds are not provided once the product has been delivered.

9. Interior Upgrade Service
Interior Upgrade services are provided based on individual collaboration and the scope of the selected package.

MONMAT Interiors is not responsible for errors or inaccuracies resulting from incomplete or incorrect information provided by the client.
11. Revisions
Each package includes the number of revisions specified in the service description.
Additional revisions or project scope extensions may be charged separately.
12. Payments
Work on the project begins after payment has been received.
Due to the nature of digital products and concept-based services, refunds are not available once deliverables have been provided.
13. Scope of Services
Services do not include technical construction documentation, architectural drawings for execution, custom furniture production drawings, or construction supervision unless agreed otherwise.
