A strategic redesign of a 19 m² apartment focused on functionality, reuse of existing furniture and smart space optimization.
The goal was simple:
increase rental value while keeping renovation costs minimal.
The apartment already contained several existing pieces of furniture and finishes.
Instead of replacing everything, the design focused on optimizing the layout, reusing selected elements and introducing small upgrades that improved both functionality and visual appeal.
The result is a small but highly functional space that attracts tenants and supports a higher rental price.
